At Tricor, we have our own educational development system called Tricor Academy.
The current Tricor Academy curriculum is running two courses for managers and employees for 2016 and 2017. At Tricor, there are specific competency levels required of each employee and training programs are designed to help employees and managers develop their individual skillsets to become better colleagues in the work place. All employees are required to gradually take the specified programs. By going through each of these training programs, each employee and manager can learn the competencies required, in turn strengthen Tricor as a whole.
